A Happy Thread...

The forum has been rather bitchy and complainy today, so I thought it would be a good idea to balance it with something positive.

So...what's something good that happened to you today/recently?

For me, my ex came over and I am finally content that we can be just friends and we both seem to be fine with that.

Anders or Karl will be able to help you out with that. Either one are able to have custom implant pieces made up.

Ooh, what's Community Aid, Scully? It sounds cool!

Simon got a letter from the TAFE today asking him to come in for a job interview - it's not the good TAFE job though, it's another sh/it kicking one that he applied for locally. Also, we went for another big long walk with Zen in the stroller and the dog on the leash. I'm kind of liking not having a car in some ways :D

Yesterday was my birthday and I had the party to end all parties thrown for me over the weekend, it was awesome - six rockin' bands and heaps of friends, good times! Last night, I got taken out to dinner with a few friends and my awesome partner and was showered with amazing gifts. Today, I did a slew of great piercings, including a very cool dermal anchor in a bindi/third-eye placement that looks super great. Pretty much, my life rocks. :)

I took the dog for a walk to one of the many reserves in my area and there were about 15 other dogs down there, so Elliott had a ball running around like a maniac. It makes me happy to see his big dopey grin and his tongue and ears flapping as he runs towards me =P

This thread is a great idea. Let no negativity grace it!

I love my cat (and my snakes and my bunnies and my yabbies and my turtle and my lizard), but I do miss taking my dog down to the dog park and throwing the ball for him, back in Vancouver. Dogs running around like maniacs with their ears flapping are beyond tops!

I like taking my dogs swimming. Bella loves the water more than anything, and watching Dennis try to get back out when we throw him in is pretty funny too.

Happy birthday (again) Ang! I already said happy b'day on your IAM page :P

Where's Nic? No dog-related conversations may occur without Nic's input! Speaking of which, it's been a while since she's posted a pic of Cody. I think it's only fair we get another one to compensate for all the baby pics lately ;)

And I love to take the dog swimming! The dog beach is the absolute best! I can't wait till it's warm enough to start going again. We used to go almost every day, it's such a nice relaxing thing to do, AND it's a good, healthy family thing you can do for FREE!
