Age Requirements

Must be 18+ to receive a piercing without parental consent. Photo ID is required for every piercing service.

Must be 18+ years for any genital, nipple, navel or tongue piercing.

Lobe piercings available for 12+ years. Birth certificate or passport of the child must be presented during the appointment. The legal guardian must also present their own photo ID and medicare card as proof of guardianship.

Nostril, septum, conch & flat piercings available for 16+ years. Birth certificate or passport of the child must be presented during the appointment. The legal guardian must also present their own photo ID and medicare card as proof of guardianship.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

We cannot pierce anyone currently pregnant and/ or breastfeeding. This is for the physical wellbeing of both the mother and baby at the forefront of our safety.

Swimming

It is strongly recommended to not submerge a piercing in any body of water for the first 6 - 8 weeks. Showering as normal and rinsing out around the jewellery helps to prevent any buildup.

Group Bookings

A single booking is for a single individual.

To book in a piercing session with another person, two separate bookings will need to be made back-to-back.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, arrive unprepared, or are unable to proceed on the day for any reason — including insufficient age verification or incorrect identification.

No call, no shows will forfeit their deposit in full with no option to transfer.

Reschedules are welcome with more than 24 hours notice. Your deposit will carry over to your new appointment time.

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to browse and select your jewellery.

Due to the nature of our appointment schedule, a grace period of 5 to 10 minutes applies for late arrivals. Beyond this, we may be unable to proceed and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
This is not a decision we make lightly — our appointments are tightly scheduled and a late start has a direct impact on every client that follows.
