DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Though we work predominantly via a booking basis, we also try to cater for walk-ins where possible.
To secure your spot, book in for an appointment. A deposit is required at the time of making an appointment.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice via the reschedule button on the confirmation email.
HOW MUCH DOES A PIERCING COST?
Pricing for our piercing service and implant grade titanium can be seen here. Upgrade options for titanium include prong or bezel-set cubic zirconia & fauxpals.
We also have a vast range of 14kt & 18kt solid yellow gold, rose gold and white gold pieces that are possible to receive as initial jewellery for a piercing service. Whilst we have a small selection available online, we have our full collection available for viewing in the studio 7 days a week.
DOES THE BOOKING DEPOSIT COVER EVERYTHING?
When making a booking, the deposit taken covers the service fee. You will then only need to pay for the jewellery and aftercare saline at your appointment.
WHAT JEWELLERY DO YOU USE?
Keeping the standards high, we use Industrial Strength implant grade titanium, with the option of having this anodised.
We also house a luxe collection of solid 14kt & 18kt yellow gold, rose gold and white gold options to elevate your look.
DOES A PIERCING HURT?
Pain is a very different and unique experience from person to person: something that is considered painful may be relatively painless for another.
Being tense can make for a more uncomfortable experience. Staying relaxed and focusing on breathing are the easiest ways to manage pain.
CAN I USE NUMBING CREAM?
As a general consensus, our piercers don't use numbing cream.
Numbing cream alters the skin's consistency and will not make an impact on the pain of the piercing.
Please do not apply numbing cream prior to your appointment. Doing so can result in you being denied of the service and your deposit forfeited.

DO YOU PIERCE CHILDREN’S EARS?
Consent is paramount as part of any piercing service. We cater for children 8+ years old to have their lobes pierced, provided the child is able to verbalise consent and they understand that the piercing is performed with a needle.
To make a booking online, please select the child lobe piercing option for the applicable age bracket. The parent will be required to present their photo ID along with their medicare card and the child’s birth certificate or passport.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A PIERCING WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT?
In order to receive a piercing without parental consent, you are required to be 18+.
Anyone 16 years and older is able to receive the following piercings, provided that those who are between 16-18 years old have their parent physically attending the appointment and present their photo ID, medicare care and the minor's passport/ birth certificate / photo ID.
- nose/ septum
- lobe/ conch/ flat
All other piercings are only performed on 18+.

If you require additional time or accommodations for your piercing appointment due to neurodivergence, please don't hesitate to call our shop once you’ve booked in online. We're committed to ensuring a comfortable and accommodating experience for all our customers.
DO YOU USE A PIERCING GUN OR NEEDLE?
We are strictly a needle-only studio. Piercing with a needle allows for a much smoother and safer process.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN JEWELLERY? CAN I RE-USE THE SAME JEWELLERY FOR A NEW PIERCING?
Jewellery purchased from our studio can potentially be installed by one of our piercers. Book in for a jewellery change appointment for a piercer to advise and assist.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to re-process a used post for a fresh piercing. In the event that you wish to have a solid gold front (purchased from us) that you wish to have re-processed, please add this information into the notes section when booking in for a piercing and we will provide you with the safest solution to best proceed.
IS THE PIERCING STUDIO ACCESSIBLE?
Our piercing rooms are all located upstairs via a flight of narrow stairs. Should you require an accessible location, we would highly recommend Broadway Tattoo & Body Piercing.
